The idea of Buy93° started from noticing the lack of Brand Knowledge and Creative Confidence from the local brands in the urban and underrepresented communities. Buy93° provides access to Premium Cotton for Clothing Brands which improves Brand Knowledge and Creative Confidence for the brand and solidifies trust with their customers.
Creatives find it difficult to access premium quality cotton for their clothing brand because of unreliable sources, lack of American premium cotton manufacturers and higher cost. Therefore, creatives need easier access to American Premium cotton manufacturers and reputable information regarding premium cotton specifications such as cost to allow creatives to Increase Brand Knowledge and options to search for the best cost.
To create a website for creatives to have reputable information regarding premium cotton, offer samle products to gain trust for the creative and have the best cost on the market.

Initial research focused on better understanding user’s needs related to reputable information regarding Premium Cotton and Cost Effective Blank Garments.
How do user's find reputable information regarding premium cotton now?
What is the current knowledge of premium cotton in underrepresented communities?
What are users current barriers to cost effective premium cotton?
Which features are essential to find premium cotton and cost effective blank garments?
I curated a survey which gathered 10 participants to identify general knowledge of premium cotton, current barriers, and main sources of were user's find current cotton information.
I held a series of in-depth interviews were I then conducted on 9 participants to further identify pain points, frustrations, needs, and desires with Premium Cotton to determine how Buy93° could improve this experience.
All participants used a combination of multiple sources to find reputable information regarding Premium Cotton.
Users values the manufacturer or company to provide samples of their garments.
Major Companies in the market lack reasonable pricing and feel impersonal to the average user.
Showcasing a wholesale pricing chart allows the user to determine cost per product.
User's want to see their design ideas on the best quality cotton and most cost effective.
User's are eager to learn more about premium cotton and how to obtain for a cost effective price.
After conducting user interviews, all the participants responses were synthesized to identity themes, opportunities, and features that Buy93° could focus and improve upon.

A persona was built based on the data collected to help drive decision making and keep the product focused on solving users pain points, frustrations, and goals.
